    Default Lake Washington

Just wanted to warn films that there arent many fish left in the lake since the crappie master tourney yeaterday. Fishes all day and had two dozen bites kept 10 fish to take home and had few dink throw backs. This lake has gotten the best of me both times i have fished it. Tried every color depth and speed today but couldn't get much to bite.

Hey BRM, I thought this boat was good for MS waters too lol. Did find brush piles in the lake that I did not know was there was a bonus. I guess I should've used dynamite.

Don't feel bad I went out on Conway one evening this spring and got skunked. I hate to admit it but I did. Not one darn fish of any kind. I was depressed and really had to do some soul searching, darn near brought tears to my eyes and still burns me up thinking about it. Thanks for the bad memory JW. LOL

Yep I got my rear spanked. Just tough going to big lakes and trying to learn them. Expensive trip every time I go for sure. Had fun but not sure it's worth the effort to travel that far. Yea meat I saw your truck and boat at camp when I left. Glad you got to feeling better cause you sounded like crap when I talked with ya yesterday morning. Washington is a Lot bigger lake than these Arkansas lakes and will take some time to learn is all I think.

Me and my partner fished the crappie masters tourney down there. It was the first time eather of us has been to the lake it was rather slow for us also. But it apparently has some good fish in it. We somehow slipped in to tenth place with 9 pounds

We had a good mess of fish (48 in all) but they were lacking in the size department. David had a good money fish to the top of the water and it got off before I could get the net under it. I caught one other fish that was pretty good and the rest could have all been littermates! We just couldn't get into the big ones that day....David nailed 'em the day before and we focused too much on how he did it then. But the conditions and bite changed and we didn't adjust well enouh. I think we would have been better off if we had just hit the lake cold with no pre-fishing at all!! We had 8.18 lbs total and headed back to Arkansas with our tails tucked, LOL! By the way, I just nailed a grand with this post, LOL ! ! ! ! !
    From the ARK-LA-MISS Delta....... Crappie Paradise ! ! ! !
