Is there anything needed beforehand? I'm in central AR but get up that way several times a month. As a matter of fact i'm planning on giving Nimrod another try this weekend, last time didn't go very well. Ive never done anything like this so no sure what is needed, but I'd be happy to help while i'm there if I can.

I think it's sticky time for this event...One sticky for attendance and location of meet n greet and Sat night's dinner's of those who are going to be there for sure... and one sticky for the different supplies and responsibilities needed. So we will all know who's going to bring what or volunteer to do what. Nimrod? Creek? what you think... not trying to take charge just trying to give some friendly direction.
