    Default Not a crappie but.......

I went out catfishing last night with a buddy of mine. Took my kayak out looking for some crappie, after about an hr of nothing but small ones I headed back to where we were setup for catfish. Caught a palm sized bluegill and casted it out in hopes of a flathead. About 30 mins later the clicker starts screaming and 10 mins later I got this nice striper. Ended with 2 flatheads, a channel and the striper. Not sure of the weight but id say 20-25lbs maybe. For size reference I'm 6ft, 240lbs and that shoe is a size 14.

That's a goodun. That would have been a Beaver Lake sleigh ride in the kayak.

Both flatheads were about 8lbs and the channel was around 3lbs. All good eating size. Hooked something else that was big but broke me off in a brush pile, my guess is a bigger flathead.
