sorry Caleb, I don't fish down that way enough to give you a report. However when I do fish down there in the late Spring I Fast troll with the big motor about 2-2.5 m.p.h. using Hot"n" Tots in the main channel. That seems to catch a few slabs. Also try putting a small jig tied behind the bait about 18". Tie it on where the rear trebble hook is fastened on. You'll catch whites also.
