    You need to get some toggle bolts made by "Snap Toggle". They are hard to explain without photos. Just do a google search on them. I bought some a Lowe's and replaced the nut insert things that Xpress uses. The Snap Toggles will hold tight. I also used blue Locktite on the bolts themselves before running them in.

    ok here is the deal there is a product called a blind rivet nut they hold great on boats I have me tm mounted with them and other items I learned about them mounting a avery duck blind they are great!!
    If it will hold cornmeal it's big enough for me !!!!!!!!!

    I think that is what Xpress uses. I thought they stunk. They have nowhere near the holding capacity of the Snap Toggle
    nuts and my trolling motor kept loosening up. Don't have that problem now.
