Would be a high price to pay for a lesson in reading the regulations. Personally, I think they'll be getting of lucky at $300.

Reading the regulations is not gonna help people like that! A bucketful at $300 a pop will help them more!!

Guys like that....some only get to fish a few days a year and will take the risk in catching what they can
When they can.If thats the case i see nothing wrong in catching what you can to put in freezer,...in my zone we can kill 6 deer in one day which is the yearly limit...if i don't check them on line i can kill 6 more the next day and the next.
For the ones that only get to fish a few days a year should have a special lic. For a few days to catch several
limits and not allowed to buy yearly lic.

Even though those people probably wouldnta ever bothered my fishing I'm still glad they were caught. I hope it hurts 'em to have to pay those fines too.

Most of the time the limits are liberal enough. If you have already caught a limit and that's not enough, cull some of the smaller ones for bigger fish. I know this can be done especially at Nimrod. At this time of year a cooler full of water will hold several fish alive for a long time if you don't have a live well.
