I will do more than just hope for your wellness, and keep you in my thoughts. I will spent time in prayer and ask GOD to heal you and give you wisdom about your health and how to keep it.

You have my prayers and best wishes...also, I feel your pain...about the same thing happened to me...quitting or changing is bad enough by itself...but we have a double whammy, smoking and diet...a big mountain to climb...this sounds nuts, but it helps me...electric cigarettes at Walgreens...still get a little nicotine, still get to fiddle with them, and you get no tar and other bad stuff...plus cuts the cost way down...anyway (for me) ain't nothing easy about it, but you gotta get your mind right...

We're all getting into that range as being treated as babies....no you cannot have this or that,spit it out,take this where pill.
