we are going to lake erling and fish with the lake erling guru (noslab) and is partner buddy the fishing dog , that is if noslab put that umbrella in that war eagle someone said buddy told him he was not going back without some shade. sunday we are going with whale and his sidekick to 27 cutoff . ms. meatgetter and myself are going to introduce them to some slowtrolling action. everyone report nextweek how they did.

Was going to Darbonne to fish with friends but we cancelled out due to huge bass tourney going on there this weekend. Had gotten word that "the Bone is On" and wanted to fish it badly cause it just don't get any better than Lake Darbonne when it's hot! Now going to some lake off the AR river....haven't quite decided which one yet. Waiting for the Mississippi to fall so I can get back to the ol' stomping ground!!

I'm headed to Conway. If that doesn't work I'll head toward Russellville.

I think I'll let the weekenders have the lakes, bad enough fighting with the snakes without having to dodge crankbaits too.
