Thread: partner refused to load up

Buddy my fishing partner refused to get in boat this morning I think the hot weather has convinced him that is not the place to be I decided to fish in sight of dock for awhile to let him roam a little and in about 30 min sure enough he was on the dock looking for me I cranked up and went over to get him and as soon as I got there he took off so I headed on out without him maybe he knew more than me I fished about 3 hours caught and released about 12 fish only had three or four that were fair sized all others were dinks buddy was at the camp at the door waiting for the air conditioning the fish were caught on white/silver/chartruse meatgetters on tops about 7ft deep in 10 to 14ft water I think I have spoiled my dog beyond redemption.

Could be you are correct although I keep a rug for him to lay on it may not be enough and he did favor one paw for a few days following an extended fishing trip bottom of boat is a light colored vinyl and I have not paid attention to how hot it gets mid day. THANKS
