    Small green sunfish
Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The sheep live in fear of the wolf but in the end it's the shepherd that eats them.
The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes click when it is supposed to go bang and
a gun the goes bang when it is supposed to go click.

One trick I use is on a yo-yo I cut small pieces of reflective tape and put on each side. On a limb line I wrap the tape around the line up a ways out of the water. hit them with a light and you can see them a long way off.
I don't put my info on them....
If you snag my lines your up in the trees and the knees!

I do blieve ' Bigger is Better' as far as slicks for flats , but an old longliner once told me " boy i would use a 2 lb crappie fer bait to catch a flathead !!" Of course thats some advice i never acted on !

We usually find a ditch where the rice fields are dumping, pinch off little piece of worm, put it on a hook, and let the kids have a ball. Hour later, we got a bucket full, and bait up our lines. Some folks use traps, which work better, cause you can dump your trap, and comeback in a hour, hopefully, its full.
