Just leave it be, the best I can tell the only ones that are mad is the ones
That can't catch fish, if you can quit getting mad... Catch your own.
Seems YOU ALL are the greedy ones. Keep you jealousy to your selves.
I am not telling the world.... AGAIN LOOK- AT- GOLDCREEK!
    GET OVER IT!

Not telling anyone is your right, But for the record I am not mad nor am I greedy. I only give my honest opinion which is my right. Besides, with todays gas prices I don't see myself driving over an hour and a half to fish anywhere unless it's a special trip with someone I wish to spend some quality time with and in that situation catching a crappie would only be a bonus to an already wonderful trip.

Ain't mad at ya got no reason to be. I was simply stating that I don't consider fishing work. Only got to go yesterday and only caught two nice crappie and two big red ear. Not much but enough for me and the wife. I guess if I would have worked at it I could've caught a few more but oh well sure was nice relaxing. The only other time I've gotten to go this year, I posted pics on here and they are a few pages back if you care to view.

JigginPoleJoe, KEEP YOUR PANTS ON! (LOL) Keep spewing the anger about making someones day a bit easier isn't worth it. EVERYONE, AND I DO MEAN EVERYONE HAS A RIGHT TO POST OR NOT POST ABOUT SPECIFIC INFORMATION! You can post how you want and anyone else can post how they want. Other folks are right. If you post specific information and 30 boats invade your spot don't get angry. Go catch em somewhere else. I personally am VERY thankful to those fishermen who go out of their way to post great information on this board no matter if it is general or specific. This board is designed to SHARE INFORMATION! Let's keep it that way without gettin all worked up about it! Now let's go fishin.

My opinion for what it is worth: I am older now and I started fishing at around the age of 4 years old. I fish now because of many appelaing aspects of the sport but one aspect that has remained constant and is the primary reason that I contiue love fishing is because it is practically the only public activity remaining that is comprised of mainly friendly and respectful people who realize that the fellowship and friend making oppotunities on a lake are far more valuable than a few fish. I love being associated with these type of people. They generally understand that this is not some competetion and that if we were really in need of the meat that a fish provides, we could come out a lot better financially if we purchased fish at a fish market. In short, it is the experience that is the true joy of fishing....not the fish itself. That said, I have, nor will I ever withold information that could be of value to a friend or even a stranger who respectfully and politely asks for it and I take serious offence to anyone that tries to chastise me for doing so. What is the point in witholding it? So you can be less crowded and maybe catch a few more fish? Really??? The reason that I stay true to this message board is because it is full of well intended gentlemen who really "get it" and contribute whenever they can. Part of contributing is giving information to those in need of it. Think about that fellow who would like to take his Son or Daughter fishing but works so much that he can't fish often enough to stay on top of them. It is our responsibility to pass our knowledge on to the next generation of fisherman. It will truly be a sad day for me if I have to leave this message board and the many friends that I made because of it due to the lack of civility of newer members (or any members for that matter).
