Agreed, it's probably always been there and only recently got the technology to detect such small amounts. Environmentalists say that it's because of pollution from coal power plants though. Even though one lake has it and another close by lake doesn't.

It's just a matter of time. I heard a report on the news yesterday that they detected radiation in the air in Little Rock, as well as other cities across the country. How long will it take before the radiation settles and starts to seep into the ground and water?
Heck, it prolly already has.:p
