Of course the first good day we've seen up herE and I'm stuck trimmin hedges, cleanin flowerbeds and getting yard ready
I'm off next friday and will be headed somewhere...probably poinsett or horseshoe

Did'nt miss much if it was like here. There was a convoy of rigs coming down the road this morning and the lake was rockin with boats!

Fished Poinsett for about 4 hours this afternoon.....caught about 15 with only 1 keeper.....drifting with the wind. Used jigs with crappie nibbler and jigs tipped with minnows.... saw a lot of fish on fishfinder but just couldn't get them interested in anything

I fell your pain Tommy. Stuck around here on call on the nicest day of the year. May try somewhere myself toward the end of the week, but the forecast doesn't look too good for then.

I usually do better in the mornings at poinsett......
Church tomorrow, cant miss since I missed last weekend due to working.........Supposed to gale force winds tomorrow.
Maybe by next friday the warmer temps will have them shallowed up some.

don't feel too bad, i don't think you missed much.....me and my son went to bear creek today bass fishing and didn't catch a thing....saw PLENTY of boats crappie fishing and never saw a fish caught
