Hawgdog, I was using purple/chart jigs at the end of the deepest/darkest piers I could find.

thanks slab....I took the wife this morning. To make a long story short, my motor wasnt cooperating and didn't get to fish. I guess everybody has days like that sometime or another....

I was just wondering if you used any live bait. Don't know if I want to give the ski fleas a chance to make me mad in the morning or not

Hey Dawg give it a try. Catch a limit by 9:30 or so and go back home.:D The lice and fleas don't get up at sunrise.
