I haven't been there lately. But in years past, the wooded pockets up river in the Cox Creek area has been awesome. Fish a slip cork on a jig pole and set it at 24"-30" to start.

Going to degray tomorrow with my grandpaw, he has been camping over there for a week and the most he has caught in one day is 3. We have heard they are in the buck brush around the banks but he hasnt had much luck. We are going to go after lunch tomorrow and I want to try to help him get in a mess. Anyone been over there having any luck that wouldnt mind passing along some helpful info?
