Yes...Half of Lee is IN Arkansas! Besides, anything inside the Mississippi levees can be fished reciprocally.

Hey, guys, my congratulations to you all on some fine catches! Keep it up.

The reciprocal agreement between AR and MS applies only to RESIDENTS of the respective states. Guys like me down here in LA holding non-resident annual AR fishing licenses cannot (according to the wording of the agreement) fish those state line lakes. I read the agreement (no link for it right now) thoroughly the other night to see if I would be allowed to fish Lake Lee. No such luck. I guess I'll have to fish Grand Lake (Eudora) and holler at you guys really loud to see how you are doing.

Anyway, keep having fun up there. If you see a semi-vee Alumacraft (white/burgundy trim) trolling 6 poles forward (maybe others too if I have a partner that day) and with my screen name BRYOPHYTE on it, please say hello. Thanks. Ray

With half of the lake being in Arkansas, I think you should be able to fish it with Arkansas non-resident license. If not, then could you fish it with non-resident Mississippi license? If not, then you are saying you can't fish it at all? With ANY license? Doesn't make sense to me.
I'd at least make a phone call to Ark Game and Fish Commission if I wanted to fish it.

I am with you. It doesn't make sense to me either that any state would sell a non-resident fishing license to fish in only certain of it's waters. I'll take your advice and call AGFC.

Licensees abide by the regulations of the state in which they are fishing. The agreement does not include frog hunting.
