Kinda old thread now but I picked up a Megabass Triza Yamasemi at the end of last season and it pretty much nails what you're looking for I think. I was fishing it with PE 0.4 and 4lb fluoro on a C2000 reel for panfish (almost solely 0.9gr jighead and 1.5inch plastics) and I believe PE 0.8 and 7lb fluoro for bass with exactly the lures you mentioned; 65 size jerkbaits, karashi, 2.5inch swimbaits on 1/12-1/8oz jighead and lighter strolling baits, 1/15-1/10oz ned and the rod does all that perfectly. This coming season I'm switching to 0.6 PE (on a C2000 reel) as a middle ground and going to try just sticking with the 4lb fluoro as I think it'll be fine to handle everything. Panfish, trout, bass and more, it's a really fun rod. A 9 inch bluegill is a battle and a 3lb bass is a war.
Bonus is that it's a multipiece rod so it packs up tiny and also has a fast tip as well as xf solid tip if you happen to want that (I used the fast tip almost exclusively).
