When I refer to gills , I’m referring to all panfish , bluegills, shellcracker, redbreast , etc. .

What size hooks are you using for “gill” fishing ?
Do you think a size 6 hook is going to keep me from hooking the more average size gills 5”-6” ?
I enjoy catching the little guys almost as much as I do the bigger ones .
