Hi, all! Just for fun read. So for the artificial purists out there, has anyone tried using Gulp worm (scented in liquid jar) or similar product for panfish. I know lots of bass guys using them on texas and other rig. There's no question that flies work for me, especially targeting the smaller green sunfish and bluegill, but want to explore other alternatives, since some JDM stuff quite expensive and hard to come by. Berkley gulps are very popular in Europe among the LRF folks using them on jigheads, dropshot, and a Russian-design rig called the Cheb rig (short for Cheburaska), which I've tried but with limited success, however it seems not too many posts on the subject at CDC ultralight sub-forum. Hope to learn different tactics. Cheers!
