Thanks chaser. I knew I’d heard talk of them before but couldn’t remember. I have one short rod that I’ll bet is rated 1-4lb line. Had a six foot blank and took it back for another 2-6 lb rod. If my little one wasn’t a pfenix blank I believe it would also be a noodle, which I don’t care for. I did find a couple of Daiwa Mini Mite reels on eBay like I had 40+ years ago. They’re more expensive than I remember. Duh. 2 bearings and made in Japan but I’m not giving $140 for a bit of nostalgia.
