You can get SLP works shallow spools for Diawa Reels they even come in a Diawa box. I have a couple for the Legalis. I got them from ali express. It took 3 to 4 weeks to get them delivered. Despite what the link says the 1000 series spools work just fine on a 2000 series reel.

I also have the SLP spools for the 21 Diawa Presso reels that I recently got. With the price of the Presso it allows me to just change the type of line I'm using without changing reels depending on conditions and what type of fishing I'm doing.
