Interesting perspective. Thanks for sharing. We gotta wait out the winter. LOL!! I had been hitting one of the local ponds which was stocked with trout. But, its mostly fished out now.

Sad to see the fins worn off. But they put up a good fight on the Presso Air AGS 510 XUL. On this set up I used JDM braid - Daiwa Gekkabijin 3.9 lbs. I think 0.2 gou or lesser. The JDM UL PE lines are hair-like thin!! This line easily out casts its ester counterpart (0.4 or 0.3 gou). But its a challenge to tie a leader on outdoors when its windy and cloudy because its so thin.

Just trying to experiment and have some fun.
