I'll agree with the law,on this,But It say's ( BEYOND THE BOUNDARIES OF THE STATE.) the way that reads they would have to wait untill you went past the state line before they could make an arrest,Now you know why I'm not a lawyer,:D.
I enjoy fishing in Ala I lived there for 11 years before moving to Georgia
(Mistake) I pay $50 for nonresident license and we stay over a couple of days at a hotel they charge enough for not living in Ala ( no complaint) I should be able catch the limited each day that I fish
