    Default Kayak wheel modifications

I put some 10 inch wheels on my feelfree lure kayak and it makes moving it over rocks and rough areas much easier. I will post a you tube link on the process . I can post exact measurements also if anyone wants them. It is the same for the Moken.I can have them off and back on in about a minute. These pictures are of my 13.5 kayak. I upgraded the wheels to a 10 inch from harbor freight on my 11.5 feelfree lure.

That's awesome, wished my kayak had mounting space for that.

Just thought of something looking at your setup, you should try just leave them on most of the time. I doubt they'd cause much drag in the water and might even act like a rudder helping with tracking.

    Thanks for sharing!

I tried that but there is a lot of drag from the wheels. They actually turn as you paddle. I need to figure out a way to motorize them
