When we have messed up weather lots rains and cold nights the shallow water temps never gets stable the deeper water will have more stability try out deeper than normal 6-12’ you might be surprised to what you find . Have caught quite few spawned out fish! Lots folks say they absorb their eggs and don’t spawn and I know they can but you hear that every year and if that’s the case where is all these feeshes coming from!
