The way I understand it there was a cabin cruiser that run them over and I might be willing to bet the operator was drunk or under the influence which happened to me one 4th of July as I was watching the fireworks at Point Mallard,as everyone was leaving this cabin cruiser come flying down the channel and "bumped" me out of the channel.However the Refuge Officers saw what happened and stopped him to give him a breath test and he blew a .21 which they took him to jail for,I ask all to watch out for those type boats cause they might be not all there which is a bad thing on the water,especially at night
