Last night the local weather had Thursday highlighted as a "weather alert" day. This week when we had a weather alert day, we got some of that swirling wind here at the house. They aren't predicting tornados Thursday but are calling for flooding amounts of rain.

Are we cooking out Friday night as a group or just Saturday afternoon? Just curious if there is a schedule so I can plan accordingly - especially for food

I’ll have my old fishing partner with me Friday and an open seat, Saturday two seats r open, I plan on power pushing jigs out the front, if some one sits in the back, they can troll. May hit some docks also. Will be targeting 3-7 FOW.

I'm loading up today and headed over in the morning should be there early afternoon hoping to maybe fish a little tomorrow if I can find out where to start. It will be my wife,son and myself were staying at CowanCreek and have never fished in that area we came over last year for the first time and fished with footballcoach and put in at bay springs and fished out from there and church house and yellow creek.

I’m bringing my boat but I’d love to tag along with anyone that has a seat that will be pushing or pulling jigs. I’d like to see how that’s done, firsthand, before I mount my rod holders. I’m going with Slabprowler Thursday, weather permitting.
