    Default Cotaco Creek

Found a TON of crappie in Cotaco this morning - arguably the most I have ever seen on a graph but couldn't get a one to bite....Maybe one day...
Water temp was 51 in cotaco - 56 in the river

AnthonyB what all did you throw at them? Minnows were working on the short trip I made last week in Cotaco...no one seemed to be having any luck on jigs that we talked to. I need to get back out.

I used monkey milk, Cajun cricket, black and blue slider with green tail, lemon ice, yellow and white slider...forget the rest...basically every color that folks have been recommending...

Anthanyb. I'm guessing they where close to the bottom. That's what has happened a lot this fall. If there huging the bottom they want bite or only a few will. If that's the case keep checking on them and one day they will bite for you.

Glad you found them. Wished you caught them. They have been hungry or not. So far, it's been pure timing in Cotaco. Last several trips required a slow presentation. Hope you limit next time.
