Thread: I was late

I was late this morning. Baited my first hook at 9:30. One other boat in the creek with a lone fishermen (like me) . He said that they bit good early. He had 27 keepers then. I managed 16 good keepers with several short fish by noon. Water finaly cooled down. It was 55 and the fish were around structure in 20 FOW. I caught my fish at 10 to 12 FD. The other lone fisherman finaly limited out by 11. He was fishing shallow under a cork over structure.I caught most on minnows with a few on jigs.
