Never have fished over their but I would look for eddy's to fish maybe if you can find some trees that breaking the current maybe check out bridge pilings to fish around. Check out the edges of creek channels if not too swift. That's what I would try. Also dark colors in stained water .also would probably fish super slow retrieves don't get in a hurry!
