Went back yesterday to the same place. Launched at Live Oak and fished Hastie lake first. Caught two small fish, the temp there was 57, so I left and went back to where I was the day before. Water temp there was 59 to 61 when I arrived, wind blowing some and started catching fish as soon as I got there. Caught 5 good keepers and a few throw backs, wind died, clouds gathered and rain started, so I came home. Got a little wet on the way back and it quit raining just before I arrived at the launch (story of my life). After the weather settles down around Tuesday and on, I think things are going to start happening here. Water temp should continue to slowly rise, water should start clearing more, we will get a little rise in water levels, but not enough to hurt. So yes BamaBill, you need to be getting your boat ready today and tomorrow.
