    Default Thief at Arrowhead

I guess I should have sat home and watched the panthers game. I decided to try Arrowhead from 1:30 to 4:30. caught one as soon as I started and no more. That's not the bad part. Some ******* boogered up my toolbox and stole me blind. Not sure what all I had in there but I know 18volt DeWalt drill, Rockwell oscilating tool and a tool bag full of many tools including a Greenlee voltmeter. didn't want to wait on LCSD so they are coming to my house now to file report.

I'd like to catch someone one time when they are breaking in mine or someones car. Had that happen at hickory hills ramp one time. I've noticed at arrowhead they also have those type of men, that lets say. " Hang there hooks upside down " park out there often.

Sorry to hear man it's pitiful you can't even go fishing without worrying about someone stealing your stuff. That's one thing I can't stand is a theif hopefully they can recover some of your stuff.

what about mounting a game camera in the back glass of the truck? the deputy said they can patrol it more to deter it. one way in and one way out, I doubt the theif will let himself get caught. the way he pryed into the toolbox he knew what he was doing. I will never understand the nerve or lack of conscience. the only chance to catch them is catching them with the goods in a drug house. I doubt they stole my tools to work with them.

All the boat launches have this problem .I bank fish a lot and see a lot of drive through traffic ,the county areas need more security because of the crystal myth issues.I was fishing the other day in one guy offered to sell me all of his fishing gear ,that just brought on a red light. I was sure it was stolen but I could be wrong.

    alexava,

Sorry to hear about the break in. I worry constantly about the same thing with the remote areas be both frequent. To be honest the only thing that worries me more is what I might do if I caught them breaking in to my truck.

Folks are starting to carry a pistols these days because there is too much crap going on at the places we like to fish! Heard of an instance where they actually robbed and beat up a guy that was fishing alone. This has got to stop!!
