This keeps me from going out to blackwell haha! I've wanted to do so many times but wont brave it alone and all my fishing buddies won't go near it....

Well I'm going back so I'll post when I do and we can all go. Strength in numbers right? At least you have a better chance at not being the slowest boat anyway. I know those big lizards seem scary up here but down in Florida and Louisiana they have learned to respect them and they will respect you for the most part. Don't get me wrong I'm going to give them more than their fair share of room but I won't let the thought of a gator or two keep me out of a good fishing hole. So what's the biggest gator rumored to have been seen there?

Biggest i have seen pics of was 9and half feet by 2 of my co-workers that fish there a lot in a 10 ft john boat.They floated by it sunning itself on more than 1 occasion and said it wasnt quite as long as the boat so they called it 9 and half feet.
