Nice report for tomorrow. LOL
Thanks: 0
Waited for the fog to lift around 11 o’clock and Austin and I backed it down the ramp to see if we could catch a few more just in case the brother in laws were extra hungry at our annual Christmas Party. If nothing else we could send them home with some fried fish to snack on.
Water was dirty from all day rain yesterday and water temp was 65 F compared to 54 F last week. The big slabs were down deep and off the structure. Just dragged the jig deep off the lay downs and those big ones couldn’t resist. It wasn’t a THUMP hit today. In fact several fish were caught only because the weight on the end on the line changed as you reeled it in.
Austin hadn’t been fishing with me for a couple of weeks so it was great getting out there again together. We ended up keeping 33 and had a blast.
Life is good on Da Bayou!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL AND TO ALL A GOOD BITE!!
BON TEMPS!!

I am just glad I got the year correct. Yes the date should be 12/23/2025 not 24th.
Since I retired 10 years ago I don’t use calendars a whole bunch. Every day is a holiday!!!
Got to go…
The fish don’t clean themselves…
MERRY CHRISTMAS 1 DAY EARLY
BON TEMPS!!
