Thank you Dave. Once everything gets relocated up there, and gets situated a bit, I am sure I will love it. On top of that, Our oldest Daughter is talking about relocating to Springfield, Mo from Phenix, Az, and Ms Joyce is just ecstatic. Of coarse the second grandbaby will be accompanying momma on the move. We fully expect grand baby #1, now in her 20's to bring great grandbaby #1 shortly after our daughter to move here as well...+++

Well, sure looked like this was going to happen. We really wanted this one, however, they backed out right before the papers were signed...Really disappointed...

yes sir, Things Happen for a reason, and most times we aren't let to know what it is, nor why...

No worries my friend, I had my heart ripped out and stomped on so many times when we wanted a pc of land in the country is wasn’t even funny ….
Some of the places that went south for ding dong reasons were absolutely dreamy…..
The place we finally got , looked extremely rough and some work to fix up ….
But after about 6 years it is pretty darn nice
You,will find something soon bro , no worries
