Default Baked fish the other night

Had four filets left over, so brought to work for lunch. Warmed up on tinfoil in toaster oven. Offered a piece to my two coworkers, one them is a really cool Mexican guy. I’ve tried his tamales before, muy picoso!
When I asked him how he liked it, he said pretty good, spicy! Looked a little surprised. Just a light dusting of Tony C’s and a dab of Kinder red jalapeño garlic for good measure.
Anyway, I took it as a compliment
Agreed to bring a whole pan full for our little department Christmas meal.
