I used to try, and she’d fire one up beside me and I’d want to take it away for myself. Now I can tuck a pouch into my lip and though not particularly enjoyable in itself, it stomps out that urge. Only drawback is, unlike smoking, you can do it anywhere. So I’m having to mind how many I go through.

I threw almost a full pack out of my window driving over to pick up my now wife for our first date. I knew she didn't smoke so I didn't either. Quit for 13 years then Katrina hit. I've got to say a pack of smokes a day helped me get thru the recovery till well into winter when I quit again till this day I have not bought a pack of smokes.
