    Winner Winner. My first attempt.
It was a little greasy, and maybe a lil much POW. But it’ll work I suppose.
Might drain a little grease off next time, and about half as much Tony’s.
But at least it LOOKS recognizable, it’s a start!

I get into trouble constantly with recipes, they call for so many ounces of this or that, and the packaging I buy never jives. So I end up with Aight Rojo. What am I attempting here? :) ounces more of this, [emoji6Aight Rojo. What am I attempting here? :)Aight Rojo. What am I attempting here? :)] more of that.
I ain’t saving a smidge it gets dumped in

Much better flavor to drain the excess grease than cook without it in my book.

On the subject of over seasoning everything, I gave up on tobacco back in March this year. No surprise I guess that I’m finding stuff overpowering now that I didn’t before. I don’t have much will power on that front, but nicotine pouches have made it workable for me. May not be the healthiest solution, but I am breathing better at least. Heck of a lot cheaper too. Two cans of Zyn a week compared to four or five packs of camels.

I smoked Camels too. Nothing tastes as good as a Camel Wide. I still burn one now and then but I can't have a pack around me.
