but if you cut down on beer, wine, etc you will be amazed how much that helps your program along. Those sugars and calories added up to quite a bit. (And I got a thank you from my liver!) seriously, congrats on the weight loss.

Thanks for suggestion Bob , but since my cancer surgery ten years ago , I haven’t even had a beer .

Next week is looking like to be a hot one except for the days with rain predicted.
Why is it , all winter and spring, the wind blew every time I went fishing . Now that’s it’s 95 with triple digit heat indexes , the wind barely shows up ! Haha
I Rode my bike 15 miles on my bike this morning. Pedaling at 12-15mph , I make my on wind .
I’ve lost about 8 pounds so far !
I’m up to 381 miles since I started the first week of May !
