    Well Rojo, 1 I don't have the capacity to make much ahead and freeze, and 2. by using milk to make it instead of the water as package says, it's actually pretty good fresh.

    We also love us some SOS. Try it with some canned tuna instead of the burger…thank me later.

    I’ve been doing a mix of fried and baked during the cold snaps, and adding extra garlic and onion always hits the spot. One thing that helped me plan better this winter was using nature foods to come up with different side combos that matched the weather. Throwing in sweet potatoes or greens from there made meals feel more comforting without much effort.
