    Default Old diner favorite

Nothing like a cool old diner with all the polished stainless steel and old school vibe. Chicken croquettes are usually found on the menu (the last place I had them). We had some leftover chicken so I figured I'd give it a go, super simple and tasty, gravy is key of course.
