    Default Rabbit skins


    I'm thinking of adding some new colors to the Zonkers and Cross-cut rabbit strips I cut. What do you think of thse colors? I am getting them from Canada and the fur is thicker. Let me know please which ones I should stock in addition to what I have. I supply both jig and fly tiers. Thanks everyone.

    Thanks. I have most in the top row and Chartruse and red in the bottom. What do you think of the gold, lt blue and salmon? I like the gold ...I had yellow but thinking I like this better. Not too sure about the lt blue and salmom. Kind of dull. Fly tyers like the green. I played with making two tone and barred last year...hope to perfect it this summer.

    Light blue would be good with a monkey milk jig or blue glacier sorta tie. Probably my second choice behind the chartreuse

    Any Chinchilla? It is a gray/white color, one of my favorites. Silver Grey is another good one. I use a lot of fluorescent colors as well as the two tones. Fluorescent yellow is a killer color. I use rabbit in about 90% of my jigs, never have enough of it.

    Yeh I like them a lot. Just out of stock at the moment. will have more after May 1st.
