Thread: Weather too cold to fish, guess I'll cook instead

Change in plans; my wife twisted my arm real hard and suggested that I'd like some hot, fresh pulled pork for lunch as a reward for cleaning up this messy snow, sleet, freezing rain storm we're enduring. Went in the oven shortly after the post above and my timing was perfect for getting home just as the first butt came out of the pan at 200 and falling apart.



Next step, pulled pork sandwich with mayo, BBQ sauce and crispy fried onions.



Oh, yes, that dog will hunt just fine!

I would love that. May be in my future.
