"Unbelievable. What did I get myself into. Why, why, why me. I have enough projects. But yep, I did it. Bought an electric fire 5th wheel. It's a 2022, got a great deal on it (obviously), but it's gonna be a lot of work and a lot of money to keep her out of the scrap yard!!!! Luckily I have my father-in-law coming down for two months or so, and he's a workaholic. So much so that he would not even come down if I had no projects for him to do, seriously!"

When I first seen it I thought it was about half as bad as I now see it really. It was dark when I first seen it, and they had a lot of junk in the way of good views into the far corners. Either way, I paid very little, and I do expect to replace all the walls, floor, cabinets and more. Yep, here I go again, another project I won't complete! lol

Certainly needs some thought & a plan before going any further. If you write out a plan it will help you keep from missing any rough-in step. Critical when it comes to campers. After a through plan "Punting" may come to mind. My purchases like this are usually very low up front costs as well.

There might be a change of plan. I'm an idiot. The thing has a junk title. I did not know what a "Certificate of Destruction" really is. I thought it could be fixed up and reversed to at least a "Salvage" title, and be allowed back on the road. It's just a trailer, it's not a car. But Florida is kinda funny about these things. They issue tons of "Certificate of Destructions" cause of the floods and hurrycans down here, and they are kinda particular. They don't want these death traps rolling down the roads. So, this RV has a new roof and I'm not sure what to do. It can be a "She Shed", and wifey can move her project stuff into it. I can make it a Crappie.com home away from home for our members. I dono. I'm also seriously thinking maybe just make a two axle trailer out of it and move the big slide into the 2010 Camper. Kinda replace the small slide on the passenger side that is on the 2010 Cougar. Might be cool to have a big slide on both side of that older camper. Heck, they are both Cougars, so it should slide right in, right! lol
Let me know your thoughts.
Either way, I'll be moving the self levelling system from the 2022 cougar to the 2010 cougar, and likely a few more goodies.
Wow!! That sounds like a big time and effort commitment to put into something without a title. At my age I am choosing my battles carefully.
Bon Temps!!
Will be interesting to see what you will do with it
