    are you in the lots of broth crowd or the not so much broth crowd ?
    wife likes more broth , me likes less ....
    how bout you folks ?

    I personally want something to sop my bread in, more broth always but I'm a Pig when it comes to eating.

    that started out as a sirloin beef stew , it was actually way heavy on the beef ....
    it was down to just one bowl left in the fridge ....
    that's when the vegetable beef soup started ....
    some chicken broth and a bag of green peas and baby onions ...
    sauteed me some extra celery and carrots in a single slice of bacon and its grease ,cut into tiny pcs with a pair of scissors and browned first ,
    some garlic , black pepper and a pinch of salt ....
    a half a toasted buttered ciabatta bread and then .....
    KABOOM

    Would be just what the doctor ordered next weekend. Having enough broth to top up the bowl, priceless!
