At this point, put a 1/2 hitch with the thread, so nothing slips. There are a couple of options at this point. One is to put another colored Craft fur on the back area to the tail. You can also use permanent type markers to paint these fibers here. The third option, you can always leave it white.
On my first attempt, I used some thick formula UV resin and applied it lightly to the back to the head tip, as well as down the sides a little. NOW, it's important NOT to cure the resin right a
way. You will need a piece of "Thin Skin" or "Scud Back" to cover the top of the back and head area. So, prep it by cutting to size, preferably ahead of time. Now, put it in place and shine your resin light onto the plastic, while holding in-place. only need a few seconds of light. Squeeze the head portion and what sticks out past the fibers tight together and set with the light. Any of the skin part not covering fibers, can be trimmed off with scissors. I almost forgot something here. When cutting and measuring the skin, you will need to place a extra small cut for the hook Eye to go through the plastic prior to placing the glue on.
Only thing I know to do now, besides getting it wet, is apply eyes. I use 3-D eyes I make, but you can use purchased eyes too. stick them on as close to the nose as possible. I then take some UV Resin and coat over and around the eyes and head then set it with the UV Light.
