Two kinds of "specks" in the same spot sounds like fun, really nice mess of crappie.

They raised the length limit to 15 inches for Specks in Mississippi. If you look at one of the pictures the 2in jig is 1/3 the size of the fish. I don't think they will make 15 inches this year. If this drought holds we will have Roe Trout, big, big, Yellow Mouths in the river where I'm catching Crappie now.
