You've picked my weakness Sir CrappiePappy. Post all the knot info you want I can use the instructions. I tie 2 knots and now working on mastering the third from Alphahawks' advice.

I’ve seen a bunch of those too. Be good to see them in one place.
That is one of my go to knots, CP. The Palomar is another one. Both reliable and super strong. At my age and fumble fingers I need simple and strong knots. You don’t need a lot of knots.

With my eyes and old fumble fingers I need the simplest, strong knot to tie. I really struggle with light, thin lines. I will give this one a try.

Used to use that knot a lot when I started crappie fishing. Some one said loop knot is the best to give natural movement on crappie jig either when jigging, swimming or under float. The trick is to make that loop as small as possible to get good strike detection. I even use small clip to help.
Now with my old age and loosing a few jig most ever trip, I just simply tie my goto uni knot. Benefit of uni knot to me, use less leader material, I can tie it quick at night or in windy conditions. If hang up I can brake off at knot instead of whole leader (I use Alberto knot for leader to braid).
Interesting knot. I’ll give it a try.

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!
I'll try that one CP.
