    Default Ya'll Getting Any Rain?!?

Just a tad under 4" in the rain gauge from last night. Lots and lots more predicted before Friday afternoon. That 7' that CH lake is down will be full before you know it! Hope that wind that is predicted doesnt cause any of you guys any harm from the trees.

Just checked and poured out another solid inch making it a tad under 5" with heavy rain and wind predicted beginning @ 3AM. My thoughts and prayers goes out to those living in Florida and in the hurricane's path.

We are at the edge of it. Less than 2 inches so far. I got a trip planned for Oct. 7-9 on The Hill. Bet the water may be a bit more than stained. Muddy Water is way better than No Water.

Right there with you Butch - about 4" just south of Clemson. Like you said, more to come! Hartwell can sure use it. Down almost 7' as of yesterday! Looks like it's already up about a foot!

Now at 11” and more coming! 7:30 Friday morning, and the old hurricane eye is almost over the top of us. Going to be cool what that’s like in about 10 min. Lost power about an hour ago, but everything seems good for now! Stay safe y’all!

7 inches from Thursday a.m. till Friday p.m. No major damage here but several neighbors lost some big trees. Brother got his camper smashed . No power bout 5 hours. Looks great this morning. Off to help neighbor lady cut up her trees.

What rain? Somebody poured water all over us. My pontoon swam to the back door, wanting to come in the house. We had lots of downed trees in my neighborhood. Power was out since 8:30 yesterday. I just got it back at 3:30 this evening. Prayers for the not so lucky. There are lots of crazy people out there not realizing the danger of storms like this one. All my family made out okay as far as damages goes.

Had 9" here at the house. Everybody here in Elberton was without power, most more than 24 hours. I was out for 36 hours. Trees down throughout the county with lots of damages to homes. I got ,lucky...just a messy job that took all day long to get cleaned up enough to let it go. Just checked the Gov website about clark hill and the lake has risen 4' and still climbing. Now she's about 1 & 1/2' from full pool level. Im gonna take a ride tomorrow to see what it looks like but it's gotta be rolling and like chocolate milk.

Final total of rain here was 8 inches. Had one limb broke off. Nothing major. My prayers go out to western north carolina, and east tennessee. Lots of businesses under water in asheville, and bridges washing out there, and around greeneville tennessee.
