Default Cool New Technique to Try for Crappie

My Son has produced a neat video of a recent trip he and I took and put it on YouTube. He is a past Mr. Crappie Classic winner and a full time crappie guide here in Arkansas. This is a technique that he has developed and used for several years successfully and it is deadly at any depth especially in 3 feet or less of water.

Slabbandit, really appreciate the share of the technic. But really enjoyed the father and son video better. Didn’t know others has sons just like mine. You taught them all they know and now they act like they know more than you. What do they call that stuff, wisdom? Me and my son really have a lot of fun as you two do when we get a chance to go out fishing these days. Now he and his wife have given us three more boys and he and his 14 year old sounds just like us. Nothing like it!!!

I didn't realize there was a name for it. I've done this a little a few years ago, initially by accident (forgot to add a stopper) but it's not something I've invested a lot of time in. It's interesting to see someone using it a lot. Nice video!

On another note. What's the name of the attachment on the side of his seat for his pliers and such?

I think it’s made by Millennium also. He said they are kinda pricy, about 60 bucks.
